The Apprenticeship Growth Service want your feedback on what makes a good Employer of Apprentices.
Over the past two months they have held focus groups with a number of employers and apprentices from across Greater Manchester to determine whether a quality mark to distinguish good employers of apprentices would be useful and if so how this could be structured. A quality mark is a ‘badge’ which would be awarded to employers to show that they are ‘a good employer of apprentices’.
Both the apprentice and employer focus groups recognised 4 key areas that should factor into the quality mark which led to a proposed structure. In the survey we’d like your input into the development of this Greater Manchester (GM) initiative.
