Posted on 15 Nov 2017

Schools in England can access the very latest Apprenticeship information directly from employers and their apprentices through the new live broadcast offer. This service is part of the Apprenticeship Support & Knowledge for schools project (ASK) funded by the National Apprenticeship Service. Employers include BBC, Specsaves, NHS and TUI.

What is a live broadcast?
A  engaging and interactive experience for your students and staff. You will be able to speak directly to Apprenticeship employers and their apprentices live via the internet and hear about the latest opportunities, the skills employers are looking for, the recruitment process and how students can best prepare themselves for working life after school or college.

How does it work?
Using the link provided the apprenticeship broadcast will stream directly to the device that you are using – whether individual PCs or tablets, an interactive whiteboard in a classroom or a projector in an assembly setting.
