Calling all Manchester businesses – leading apprenticeship provider Total People needs your help to create 50 new apprenticeships in just five days!

As one of the North West’s leading apprenticeship provider, Total People is firing up the Manchester workforce and working with employers across the city to create 50 new apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week 2019 (March 4 – 8).

Manchester businesses are being invited to give back to their city and commit to creating one or more apprenticeship opportunities during the five-day campaign. By signing up to Give Back, Manchester, employers can help to grow their future workforce and also boost employment across the city.

All employers who join the campaign will be invited to a fantastic celebration event at top city centre venue The Alchemist, in Spinningfields, on Friday March 8. This inspirational event will bring together employers and their apprentices, and will also recognise Manchester businesses who are helping to create new jobs and build the workforce of the future.

Linda Dean, managing director of Total People, said: “We’re calling on all Manchester businesses to join our ‘Give Back, Manchester’ campaign during National Apprenticeship Week 2029 (March 4-8) and make a positive difference to the Manchester economy.

“By introducing apprenticeships into your business with the support of Total People, we can help you to find your future workforce and also fire up potential across the city.

“Total People works with over 2000 employers and over 6000 learners each year. There has never been an easier or more cost effective time to take your business to the next level, so visit our dedicated employers page on the Total People website or call 0333 920 2713.”

  • better, more relevant skills for their organisation.

Apprentices can be anyone aged 16+ (new recruits or existing staff), and funding is available, with 90-100 per cent of the cost of training fully covered.
