The event will consist of: Apprenticeship Taster Session which will give you a little taste of what being an Apprentice is like. First-hand experience of our learning facilities. Meeting our trainers. Finding out what programmes we offer. CV tips and interview techniques. We will also have a careers advisor on hand to talk to you about your career options and what Apprenticeship might be right for you. Alternatively, if you are already an Apprentice with 3aaa why not visit your local 3aaa academy to support the team with spreading the word about the success of Apprenticeship? There will also be information on progression routes, which will help you build a long-term career. Come and help 3aaa celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2018!

SETA Apprenticeship Open Day and Evening

10am start, Wednesday 7th March 2018

This is an opportunity for young people, parents and careers advisers who are interested in finding out about applying for an engineering apprenticeship post 16 and 18 .Visitors can see the engineering training centre and facilities and also meet employers who are planning to recruit. They can meet current engineering apprentices and find out about the range of engineering apprenticeships. It will also give visitors an insight into the scope and range of the engineering industry and employers in the area .Interested young people will be able to take away application forms to complete as the first part of applying for an apprenticeship through SETA .The event is also open to any employers who are interested in finding out about how SETA can help them with the training and recruitment of engineering apprentices. The employers are from across a wide area of Greater Manchester ,Cheshire and High Peak and offer apprenticeships in many different areas of engineering ,both mechanical and electrical .In 2017 SETA helped over 100 young people start their engineering careers as apprentices .Apprentices can progress into advanced technical roles and to HNC and degrees as part of their future careers. SETA looks forward to seeing you at the event.
